International Orders

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. If you are outside of the United States and interested in purchasing our products, please consider using a mail forwarding company such as Access USA www.myus.com.

Methods of Payment

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and the Pet Parent's Network e-Gift card. If we encounter any problems with the processing of your payment, we will contact you via email or telephone to try and resolve the matter. If we cannot reach you within five business days your order will be cancelled.

Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisified with any Pet Parent's Network product purchase please return the unused portion with your sales receipt within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the product purchase price less shipping and handling charges.
