While most orders will arrive within the established time frames, some destinations do take longer. As such, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges of $5.00 for 2 day and $7.50 for overnight shipping. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii customers.
Shipping Carriers
We use various shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL and USPS depending on the weight of the order and the destination.
Refused Shipments
Once an order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment it cannot be changed or cancelled. Accordingly, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by a customer or cancelled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
